Refund & Cancellation Policy
Evaluation Fees: All evaluation fees are non-refundable. This includes any fees for simulated evaluation purchases, failed attempts, inactivity, or voluntary cancellation.
Reset Fees: Reset purchases are final. Once applied, reset fees are non-refundable. By completing any purchase, you acknowledge this is a non-refundable simulated evaluation.
Exceptions & Chargebacks: Refunds may be issued only for duplicate charges or platform errors preventing account access (requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase). Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination, loss of access, and a permanent ban from ClearFund Trading LLC services.
