ClearFund Trading LLC (“ClearFund,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides simulated trading evaluation services. By accessing our website or purchasing an evaluation, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nature of the Service
ClearFund provides simulated trading evaluations designed to assess trading skill and risk discipline. All of our programs are offered as a simulated evaluation and do not involve trading actual funds or real capital. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee payouts—payouts are subject to eligibility and review.

Evaluation Accounts
• One-time, non-recurring evaluation fee
• No subscriptions
• No time limit to pass
• Evaluation rules apply only during evaluation
• Violating a rule results in evaluation failure

Resets & Funded Accounts

Resets

Evaluation resets are optional and available for a disclosed fee. A reset restores the account to its original balance and rules. Reset fees are non-refundable.

Funded Accounts

Upon passing an evaluation: Evaluation-only rules no longer apply. Funded accounts remain subject to risk management and compliance. ClearFund may suspend or terminate funded access for violations, fraud, or abuse.

Payouts

Payouts are subject to eligibility and review. Payout limits are determined by payout history, not profit composition. Processing delays may occur for compliance or operational reasons.

ClearFund does not provide investment advice. All trading decisions are made independently by the trader.

Prohibited Conduct

• Account sharing or resale
• Trade manipulation or platform abuse
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity

Limitation of Liability

ClearFund is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, platform interruptions, or denied payouts.

Termination & Governing Law

ClearFund reserves the right to terminate access for rule violations or misuse.
